Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BaseraNow (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Bypass & Service Fee

BaseraNow connects Tenants and Owners with full transparency. We successfully cover 50% of the Tenant's 11-month agreement cost (including drafting, stamping, and registration). In exchange:

• Tenants agree to pay a standardized 1-Month Service Fee to BaseraNow upon successful match and move-in.
• Owners agree to exclusively finalize the deal via the BaseraNow platform to claim their up to 80% incentive via Lucky Draw.

3. User Verification & Privacy

Users must provide accurate information (Name, Phone Number, Email) via our secure Google and Firebase Authentication systems. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Background checks (including PAN/Aadhaar) may be requested during the agreement drafting phase.

4. Property Listings Authenticity

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their property details and media uploads. BaseraNow reserves the right to remove any listing deemed misleading, fake, or fraudulent without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

BaseraNow acts solely as an intermediary and technology platform facilitating connections between Owners and Tenants. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or property manager.

• We do not guarantee the condition, safety, or legality of any property listed on the Platform.
• We do not guarantee the background, creditworthiness, or behavior of any Tenant.
• While BaseraNow facilitates the lease agreement and initial escrow, we are not a party to the actual rental contract between the Owner and the Tenant.
• We are not liable for property damage, unpaid rent, eviction proceedings, or any disputes arising during or after the tenancy.
